urgent!!!!! MISSING ITEM IN SHIPMENT

Hello,This is a query regarding DRIPPIN 2022 SEASON GREETINGS. I have received my items however I noticed that I'm short in one (1) quantity of season greetings. I am the winner of a fancall event by Woollim Mall / Everline and I should receive signed season greetings. My order ID on the Woollim Mall page is 202111124-0000674. Also, I should have received five (5) preorder photocard benefits but I only received one (1) preorder photocard benefit. This is really disappointing as I'm so excited to receive my items after almost a month but I did not get the supposed items. Could you please check and advise me if this is shipped separately as I need the tracking number to check. The item that is missing is1. One (1) SIGNED DRIPPIN 2022 SEASON GREETINGS2. ITEMS MISSING

One set of the 2021 Kim SungKyu New Year Seasons Greetings did not have photocards. Other than that, I am one of the winner for the video call event of Kim Sung Kyu Seasons Greetings. Benefit from the event, I will also get his signature on the Seasons Greetings but I did not find any Sung Kyu signature in the calendar and also other goods. I hope you can send me the missing photocard set and also Sungkyu’s signature. This is my first time having luck to get his signature. I don’t want to miss it. Goods not sent out as promised

I have emailed in on 4th January to check the delivery status and gotten a reply on 6th January that the shipment will start on that week to the week after (which supposed to be 7th to 15th January) but I still never received any delivery update on 14 January so I sent another email to checked. Received reply only on 19 January telling me that goods will be ship by this week but it's already the end of the week but THERE IS STILL NO UPDATE ON MY DELIVERY STATUS. It's still preparing for shipment till now. I made the order on 27 November 2020, it's really frustrating to keep receiving reply to tell me it will be ship it will be ship but NEVER HAPPEN!!! Tried calling the number given but it seem to be an invalid number. Can you do something about it soon!?
